Purification

Reverse Osmosis(RO)purification

Reverse osmosis is the top purification system.
RO membrane is 0.0005 microns pore size, it only allows pure water to pass through it. The purification process is capable of removing any kind of impurities starting from dissolved solids/salts to bacteria, virus and heavy metals as well.

Pre-filter/Sediment Filter

RO purification process starts with pre-filter, which is helpful in removing larger sediment, and even reduce chlorine from the water.

Carbon Filter

The next stage is the carbon filter, which is commonly used to absorb natural organic compounds, taste and odor compounds. It also removes synthetic organic chemicals in drinking water and makes it fit for consumption.

RO Membrane

Next comes the RO membrane, which is a synthetic plastic material that allows the passage of water molecules. The membrane is effective enough in reducing lead, arsenic, copper, nitrates and nitrites, chromium, selenium, fluoride, radium, barium, cadmium, cyst (cryptosporidium) and total dissolved solids (TDS).

Post-Carbon Filter

Before the water is ready to drink, it goes through a second carbon filter i.e. post-filter, which removes any remaining contaminants they slipped past the membrane. This is the last polish that is used to remove any remaining odors or flavors that may come from the system hoses.

You may add any functional filter with this system seems alkaline filter / mai-fan stone filter.

Reverse Osmosis system needs a water tank storage space, if the environment not allows, the ultrafiltration system is a good choice for you.

Ultra Filtration (UF)

Ultra filtration (UF) is used to remove essentially all colloidal particles (0.01 to 1.0 microns) from water and some of the largest dissolved contaminants.

This purification process is Sediment filter>Carbon filter>UF membrane>Post-carbon.

Under this process, suspended solids and solutes of high relative molecular mass are remembered, whereas water and low relative molecular mass solutes permit through the membrane.

Micron Filter Cartridge:

Filter cartridges for sediment removal are rated in microns. A micron rating for a water filter is a way of indicating the ability of the filter to remove contaminants by the size of the particles.

We provide Pentair Everpure filter cartridge for convenient use and it is up to 0.2 microns – 0.5 microns with a combination filtration function like removes cysts, removes bacteria, lead reduction, removes mechanical means, etc.
